My Dear Mrs Elliott/
Ten thosand thanks for your kind letter
& the account of all our Friends particular our Dear Mrs
Hare Health I sincerely hope she now will continue pritty
well considering her sittuation at this warm season &
hope nothing will prevent her going forward & hope
the little stranger whenever it arives will make you all
happy – we now think & hope the time is near when we
shall be happy with our kind Friends we intend to see
Sheffield if all be well early in the next month I hope
we shall set out towards the midle at the longest but sooner
if it be possible – we at present intend returning by Harrogate
& but have heard of no party to meet there – but the
best of the season shou’d like to go to Harrowgate & if
will be too soon next month, but hope to see it at our
return we have those intentions – pray be so kind which
to let me know soon which way will be the best for to
direct our cloths Mr Elliott will be so kind perhaps to
tell you the best way to direct them - & I will write ere
we set out to let you know the Day we hope to be with you
& be asured we shall hasten as fast as possible to set
out but us housekeepers as allways one thing or other to

require their presence – I shou’d have wrote sooner but cou’d
not determin of the time to know how we cou’d contrive
is Mrs Hare likely to be come to you ere we get to
Yorkshire – which place if she be not with you will be
the best for us to come to first our Cloths must be directed
to the place you know we come to first - & pray don’t
be cerrimonious but good Mrs Elliott say which it will
be most convenient to & weather we must come to Sheffield
or Whitington first it will be the same to us when we know
what will be the most agreeable – be so kind pray to let
us know – is Mr Hare gone am sorry for our Friend it
is hard to come fix her in a house for so short a time
& leave her in this sittuation but hope she will make her
self as easy as she can at his going – she is happy
to have so kind & indulgent parents to be with it greatly
helps the loss of a Husbands company thought it wou’d
have been more happy for her at this time to have
had his company – Pray God send her a happy time &
spare her to her Friends – I hope the Children at the Park
are got well & clever a charming piece of work over it is
our best compts to all at the Park – Rotherham & Whickersley
& all Friends – Aunt Brownsword is very clever Cos Jenny
Is not so well as we all cou’d wish – she looks thin indeed

Mrs Fazakerley is very poorly – Aunt Mount & Cos are well
Uncle & Aunt Formby are at Chester & their son – I hope
the are all well – Aunts at Liverpool the same & all our
Friends you are allway kind to inquire after them
the all wou’d beg their Compts if the knew I was writeing
& all ways begs to be remembred to you & Mrs Hare
Aunt Taylors son is got well & her second son just gone
out to sea – one of us willw rite shortly to Mrs Hare [deleted]
our love to her & let her know the time we mention if
you please I hope it will not be inconvenient to you
nor her, if it be pray let us know – we had an
Asembley on Monday at Ormskirk it was but a poor
one – am sorry your Assembleys are over we shall
not see your Beaus to so great an advantage [damaged]
Captan Smith has got a Whiskey a very pritty {?one} [damaged]
he brought Cos in it yesterday to spend the day with
us he is pritty well & Mr Graham quite happy at
Formby but has not got the Lady in the Mind to have
him yet – our Love to yourself & Mrs Hare Mr Hare
& Mr Elliott our Respects attend & compts to all
our Friends excuse hast/
