present of pork &c which has
found me busy in the Garden for
our sister Boardman so hope you
will excuse my sad scrawl as
I am quite {?starved}.

daughter to whom, Mrs H
James &c give my love
I send the Gingerbread
I suppose the Bride’s Cake got
Safely.

Miss Nicholson that they have selected in London
An elegant and fashionable Assortment of Millinery, (Dresses,
Pelises, Furs, Laces, &c &c) adapted to the present Season,
which they purpose shewing on Monday 24th Nov and hope
by attention to merit her Favors,
