My Dear Daughter
Agreable to your desire I now write you, tho all my
other Letters has been addressed to you both the Day after I Receivd
yours which was the 24th of last Month your Father & I cane to
Gatley on purpose for his health, he having been in such a Low
[damaged] {?ited} way all Winter was got rather weake & poorly in Body
[damaged] {?ire? to be very thankfull to the Almightly for Blessing the Means
[damaged] {?de} [illeg] of so far to him for since we came here he is much better
[damaged] got A very good Appetite to his meant gathers his strength again
[damaged] {?ps} better & is in better Spirits & hope in a little time ans=
[damaged] Lord will restore him to his former health & usefull [damaged]
[damaged] Amen for his Dear Names Sake – the Revd Mr [damaged]
[damaged] labours the Lord has been Pleased to own & Bless to the [damaged]
[damaged] {?me} Precious Souls hear) is very well he Mr Roscow & your
[damaged] {?ther} is very Busi Gardening when the whether will permit
[damaged] {?ch} or A very healthfull Exercise & has been uesfull to him
[damaged] Granfather & Mother is keeping house & yard for us
[damaged] through Mercy in good health. I would have your Sister
[damaged] {?ork} me a double Handkerchif as am groing into years will be
[damaged] uesfull give my kind Respects to your Governess & shall be
[damaged] {?ch} obliged to her to Buy me a Good Muslin – your Uncle Abraham
[damaged] here yesterday to see us & Relations & Friends are prity well
[damaged]Manchesr I would have you Direct for us at home when you
[damaged] again for as my Dear is so much better we shall not stay
[damaged] here tho we could not be at a more Agreeable place both for {?he}
[damaged] the Gospel & being amongst Religious lively People Mrs Roscow
[damaged] {?ound} Ladys sends their Compliments to your both
