Dear Thomas,
As I hope to finish here
tomorrow night I intend to {^go} forward
to Mancr for Chester, you will therefore
send my Boys with a long letter on
Rect of this – you may ask Mr Gar=
=net if he concluded any thing with
Mr Leigh – no doubt you will make
great progress in the Cotton trade now
you have access to so much news
& to so many intelligent men in the
Room – I am Dear Thomas
