I receiv’d my Dear Bs letter this morning am
sorry to hear you was worse for your journey I wish
you had staid all night I think it woud have been
better pray take care & don’t increase your cold –
I was rather disturb’d by your hinting as if you
thought I was indifferent about returning home
I can assure you it is not ye case & I hope you will
do me the justice to alter your sentiments
if they were {?nearly} what one might suppose
them to be by yourof expressing yourself in
the letter. I hope however my Papa if me means
to come {^at all} will come on Monday or else you
must give me leave to take ye Coach as I shall
be uneasy to stay any longer than Monday
or Tuesday, at ye farthest; present our joint
respects to all at Shudehull & accept ye sincere
affection of
