Mr Dr B
I hope by the time this reaches you
I shall have an account of your safe arrival
which I am very anxious to hear – I hope you
will keep well during your absence from
us – your Dr William I am sorry to say is
not well today but I hope he will soon be
better you know I always frighten myself
about him – he is asleep by me & has been so
near 3 hours so I hope it will {^do} him good –
I wish I could leave the Dr little creature in the
hands of him who has given it – I know you
will not expect me to write much but as
it was your desire it will {^be} satisfaction if
I write but little – Present my respects to
Eliza – my Aunt Martha Mrs Edinsor &c - & accept
Of the sincerest love of
your truly
affectionate
