I hope you all got safe home, & yt you found Coll{?Heaton / Thornton} tho no Lettr came from him to you as was expected. Mss is very
well, & good company, never being troubled at her change of compa{^ny}
the shine in her eye, did increase a little, but tis this morning is
much bettr. By last post I recd a Lettr from Mr Richard Winne
mentioning his writeing an answer to Coll Rolle about his mony
supposing you were wth him: he disiers me to let him know wt
time he may certainly expect his money, yt he may lay out
ye same in a purchase, I write him you intended to call wth
[damaged] Coll Rolle) in yr way home, from hence; prsumming he wold
[damaged] ye money (as he pmised) yt yr {?pr?} shold be ready soone
after ye Parts meeting, when I intended to be in London & shold
be forward in pmoteing an end to yt affaire, to his satisfaction.
Mr Major or Grandpond was wth me Saterday last, & seem’d much
disappointed by yr not coming to {?Trelevan} Friday last, Mr Vincen{^t}
haveing (at yr desier) invited mayor, & magistrats of Grandpond
to meete you there, not haveing visisted them in ye Burrow as
was expected. My let is not yet prfectly well, who am Sr
