Deare Sr
I have prused ye Copey of yt Deed, & am of opinion you
are [illeg] by ye ffine, & Recovery mentiond, if you {?doubte} of it
Mr Hooper can best satisfy you, being a neighbour. L. Keepers
alterations in ye order (I thinke) are to yr advantage, I read
it this morning & was pmised by Mr Davenport it shold
be forth wth {?enterd}, wch you may let ye Coll know.
Theirs greate talke of a peace, & marriage, ye K. meets ye Elective
of Brandenburg at {?Clew} &c too other Ladys are likewise in
discurses about ye Towne. The wind hinders ye foraigne {?Lettrs}
& can’t be expected before Tusday, therefore ye Parlt siting [deleted] {^not}
be known, but an early session is expected, wch you must
pvide for in time, to defend yr right. Mr Sherwoods daugh=
=ters at Hifield, Mr Trdfusis gon in to Wales; Sr Hon: Ashhurst
cam from their lately, left all well & Mrdaughter [illeg], as he tells me. I am glad you intend to be at
ye office, where I diseir ye sender of humble service to all friends
& mine & wifes to all wth you being
